The Progzilla Files Episode 12 | War of the Worlds

I’ve always had an odd relationship with Jeff Wayne’s often overblown concept album–parts are great but parts are truly horrible (stand up Phil Lynott’s attempts at acting and anything with David Essex).

In addition to the original album, I’ve picked up the highlights album, the remix album, the pointless “New Generation” album and a box set of outtakes which includes The Real Thing’s Chris Amoo on two songs and the complete undubbed Richard Burton voiceover.

So from these various sources, here’s my own 54-minute edit. I like it.
